Vice President, Underwriter, Franchise Finance

The Company is in search of a VP, Underwriter with a focus on franchise finance, particularly in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting new business opportunities within the $5MM - $25MM range, managing an existing commercial loan portfolio, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers. This role requires a professional with a strong background in commercial credit, including experience in underwriting for franchise acquisitions and multi-unit operators. The VP, Underwriter will also be expected to structure transactions in line with the company's underwriting standards and to work closely with senior leadership and internal teams throughout the process. Applicants for the VP, Underwriter position at the company must have a significant amount of experience in QSR and franchise finance underwriting. A strong commercial credit background is essential, with bank credit training being highly valued.
