Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance with a strategic, commercial, and transformational mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business finance function across various strategic business units and segments, with a focus on elevating the organization's financial performance, and management, and business partnership. This role involves driving profitability, optimizing working capital, and enhancing commercial excellence. The Vice President of Finance will also be instrumental in the transformation of the finance function, creating a more proactive, data-driven, and influential team that supports business decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience within a global, complex organization is required, along with a proven track record of leading business finance organizations and partnering with senior operating executives. The role demands a deep understanding of commercial finance, FP&A, financial operations, and strategic planning, as well as experience in leading large, geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving profitability improvement, performance management, and business transformation, and will be expected to challenge business assumptions, influence operating decisions, and ensure world-class financial stewardship.
