Managing Director, Enterprise Data & Analytics

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Enterprise Data and Analytics. This senior executive leadership role is pivotal in setting and driving the strategic direction for the company's data as an enterprise asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision and multi-year strategy to create a unified, trusted view of data across the business. This includes establishing operating models, standards, and governance for data management and usage, as well as ensuring data quality, security, and integration. The role demands a leader who can translate strategy into execution, build a high-performing global data and analytics organization, and serve as the senior voice for data across the company. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive technology and business leadership, with a strong background in leading enterprise data and analytics organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting enterprise data strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes, as well as a deep understanding of data governance and management. Experience in a complex, highly regulated global operating environment, such as semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing, is preferred. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field is also a key qualification.
