Executive Vice President, Integrated Care Delivery

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Integrated Care Delivery. This pivotal role is focused on setting and advancing the system-wide strategy for integrated care delivery, with a strong emphasis on achieving high-value care and driving sustainable growth across various care models. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the alignment of care delivery, physician strategy, and operations with the company's growth objectives and operational priorities. Key areas of focus include developing and optimizing the clinically integrated network, strengthening contracting and strategic payer relationships, and advancing growth strategies to enhance enterprise performance. The ideal EVP for Integrated Care Delivery will have a proven track record in leading both value-based care models and fee-for-service growth strategies, particularly in partnership with employed and affiliated medical groups. Experience with clinically integrated networks or similar structures in complex, integrated delivery systems is essential. The role requires a dynamic leader who can elevate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and who is adept at working closely with executive leadership teams, hospital operations, and medical group leadership. The EVP will be instrumental in advancing value-based care and will be expected to bring the necessary experience and leadership to continue building on the company's strong foundation of success.
