Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a high-impact, client-facing approach. The successful candidate will be a senior executive operator, responsible for co-piloting company growth, deepening executive client relationships, and architecting the operational foundation for the next phase of expansion. This role is pivotal, acting as a trusted senior advisor to client leadership and a critical anchor of the executive team. The COO will be expected to solve complex challenges across various business areas, translate corporate vision into measurable outcomes, and drive financial discipline, cross-functional accountability, and operational scalability. Key responsibilities for the COO include executive client strategy and account growth, operational architecture and execution, financial stewardship, team leadership, and delivery governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar senior executive leadership role within a consulting, professional services, marketing, digital, or client-services organization. They must possess deep financial and commercial acumen, be adept at managing revenue, forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial health, and have an executive presence that commands respect.
