Head of Paraplanning

The Company is in search of a Head of Paraplanning to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development of the independent financial planning division, with a focus on building a high-performing paraplanning team, establishing robust processes, and ensuring the delivery of technical support to advisers. This role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, and the Head of Paraplanning will have the opportunity to shape the function and contribute to the long-term success of the business. Key responsibilities for the Head of Paraplanning include leading and developing the paraplanning function, overseeing the production and quality control of technical documentation, and working closely with senior leadership to build a scalable operational structure. The ideal candidate will have a background in a senior paraplanning or paraplanning leadership role, strong technical financial planning knowledge, and a thorough understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
