The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Endpoint User Engineering within its Future Ready Technology division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance, version upgrades, and lifecycle management of the SCCM infrastructure. This includes executing database hardening, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and maintaining up-to-date architecture documentation and engineering frameworks. The role also involves managing SCCM packaging and deployment controls, driving infrastructure engineering initiatives, and overseeing the configuration and maintenance of physical Distribution Points. Collaboration with security and risk teams to align engineering practices with global compliance standards is a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a proven track record in endpoint engineering and managing large-scale enterprise SCCM/MECM environments. Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, particularly with in-place upgrades, and strong technical knowledge of database hardening and compliance frameworks are essential. The role requires the ability to design and implement technical architectures, frameworks, and SOPs, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Professional certifications in Microsoft systems administration or modern endpoint management are highly advantageous.
