Vice President, Full Stack Engineer, Institutional Banking Group Technology, Group Technology Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Full Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving the build-out of capabilities on the Ecosystem Platform roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with application teams and architects to ensure high-quality application development, and for directing architecture and development teams with a hands-on approach. This role also involves establishing and owning engineering practices, creating strategies to improve software development, and defining software standards and methodologies. The VP, Full Stack Engineer will be a key player in transforming requirements into architecture, providing technical leadership to the development team, and managing the migration to a cloud-based platform. Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in designing and building large-scale applications, with a strong background in continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming, and test-driven development. Experience with AWS services, Cloud Foundry, and a solid understanding of microservices and APIs in a cloud/DevOps environment are essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in creating delivery capabilities and building talented teams, as well as experience in data modeling with both relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Java Spring Framework, infrastructure components, and a good understanding of Agile development methodologies is also necessary. Certifications in AWS, Java, J2EE, and Scrum are advantageous.
