The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Wealth Lending Product Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of its wealth lending business. This regional role is pivotal in driving product innovation, managing lending programs, and delivering competitive financing solutions that align with the broader wealth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of wealth lending products, from defining product strategy to commercialization across markets. Key responsibilities include owning the product management of wealth lending solutions, leading the design of lending programs, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure products are competitive and scalable. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in lending product management, with a strong preference for those with a background in credit structuring or approval. The role requires a deep understanding of wealth lending products, including securities-backed financing and collateralized lending structures, as well as a proven track record in product development and management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment and will be adept at product commercialization, business enablement, and governance.
