The Company is in search of a visionary President and Chief Executive Officer for University Advancement. The successful candidate will serve as the institution's chief advancement officer, providing strategic leadership in fundraising, alumni engagement, and advancement communications. This role is pivotal in aligning philanthropic priorities with institutional goals and will involve overseeing a comprehensive development enterprise. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished advancement executive with a proven track record in campaign leadership, major and principal gift fundraising, and team development. They must be able to communicate the company's mission with authenticity, inspire confidence among diverse constituents, and work collaboratively to help the university realize its aspirations.
