Vice President of Clinical

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical to lead the evolution of clinical services across its senior living communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and continuously improving the company's clinical philosophy, standards, and protocols, ensuring they are scalable and repeatable across all communities. This role demands a focus on resident care as the primary decision-making standard and the development of practical systems, programs, and processes to deliver excellent, compassionate care. The VP of Clinical will also be tasked with creating a clinical experience that enhances residents' lives, earns families' trust, and strengthens the company's operating performance and competitive position. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Clinical include enterprise clinical leadership and operations, clinical strategy and product development, process improvement, and innovation, as well as quality, outcomes, and risk management. The role requires the establishment of meaningful clinical KPIs, proactive risk management, and the maintenance of regulatory compliance.
