Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the definition and execution of its end-to-end technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, ensuring strong regulatory compliance, and overseeing the development of scalable, secure platforms. This role demands a leader who can define a clear technology vision that enhances the B2C experience, champion AI adoption, and lead the evolution of digital platforms with a focus on cloud-native architecture and scalable system design. The CTO will also be tasked with modernizing infrastructure, applications, and integrations, and building a trusted data foundation to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, particularly within regulated environments. A proven track record in leading digital transformation and AI adoption, as well as strong expertise in IT governance frameworks and cybersecurity strategies, is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Experience in managing technology teams within regulated industries and a background in software development lifecycles, including DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, are highly advantageous.
