Head of HR

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to spearhead a significant HR transformation, with a focus on enhancing workforce and talent strategies to support the organization's growth and operational excellence. This senior leadership role involves leading the site-wide HR strategy, aligning people priorities with business and operational objectives, and partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, managing employee and labor relations, and driving talent development and organizational capability. Additionally, the role includes leading and developing the HR function to ensure it is in line with business priorities and fosters a strong workplace culture. Candidates for the Head of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' HR experience, including a background in senior HR management within a large-scale technology or electronics manufacturing environment. The role requires a professional with broad full-function HR expertise, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, workforce management, employee relations, and HR risk management. Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations, including local labor laws and manufacturing-site HR practices, is essential.
