Regional Vice President, Environmental Consulting & Engineering

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Environmental Consulting and Engineering. This executive role is pivotal in leading the US East Regional team, with a strong focus on strategic growth initiatives and financial success. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including mentoring senior office managers, P&L management, resource planning, and achieving regional sales revenue and profit goals. A key aspect of the role is the ability to identify strategic partnerships, integrate potential acquisition companies, and foster a high-performing, client-focused business culture. The RVP will also be expected to lead in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with shared service areas, and ensure the safety and compliance of operations with state and federal regulations. Applicants for the RVP position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, biological, cultural, or related environmental sciences, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in high-end environmental engineering or consulting, particularly in a high-growth environment, is required. The role demands a proven track record of leading large, growing organizations, strong financial management experience, and the ability to operate strategically while being involved in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a passion for talent development, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be an outstanding communicator. The RVP will be expected to travel up to 30% and must be adept at driving strategy and execution in collaboration with global consulting business counterparts.
