Market President Greater Texarkana, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Market President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining a large client base of key business relationships, with a focus on small and mid-size commercial clients. This role involves strategic, relational selling as a trusted advisor to assist clients in recognizing opportunities and risks, and to help them achieve their goals through the use of the company's products and services. The Market President will also be tasked with cross-selling other business lines in local markets and will be measured on net new loan and deposit growth, fee income, referrals, and portfolio management. Applicants for the Market President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or relevant job experience. A minimum of 2-4 years' lending experience with strong sales skills is preferred. The role requires well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task. The Market President will be expected to be actively involved in the community and to ensure that all activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
