Head of Finance

The Company is in search of an operational and highly analytical Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a key lieutenant to the Chief Financial Officer, bridging strategic vision with operational execution. This role involves leading functional finance teams across accounting, FP&A, and business intelligence, and building a scalable financial engine to drive long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include executive leadership, strategic support, SaaS unit economics, commercial steering, planning, forecasting, team management, and driving the AI and modernization agenda within the finance function. Candidates for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in subscription/SaaS business models, recurring revenue accounting, and complex unit economics. Experience in fintech, transactional platforms, or private equity-backed environments is highly preferred. The role requires advanced fluency in modern ERP environments, BI platforms, data automation tools, and automated close processes. A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Professional fluency in Swedish and English is also a necessary qualification for this position.
