Head of Technical Departments

The role also involves the development and implementation of quality, safety, and risk management processes, as well as continuous optimization of processes, methods, and tools, with a focus on digitalization, innovation, and sustainable technical solutions. Applicants for the Head of Technical Departments position at the company should have a degree in a technical field, preferably in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry, ideally with a general contractor or project developer. The role requires a proven track record in a senior leadership position within a technical and project-oriented environment, experience in leading and developing teams, and a strong background in the planning and execution of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality, safety, technical risks, and operational project requirements, as well as experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
