Senior Vice President, Capacity & Reinsurance

The Company is in search of an SVP, Capacity & Reinsurance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the sourcing, structuring, and management of insurance and reinsurance capacity across the platform's Managing General Agent (MGA) programs. This senior position demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in specialty insurance and reinsurance, particularly in the areas of MGA capacity placement, treaty reinsurance, and fronting arrangements. The role is highly visible and requires a deep technical understanding of specialty insurance and reinsurance structures, as well as strong relationship management and negotiation skills. The SVP will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are supported by stable, well-structured, and appropriately priced capacity, and will be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with carriers, reinsurers, and fronting partners.
