Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to take on a pivotal role in leading the negotiation and drafting of various complex agreements with a focus on international collaborations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all legal aspects of these agreements, including CDMO, co-development, out-licensing, in-licensing, and long-term supply agreements, are meticulously handled. This includes getting the hard clauses right, such as background and foreground IP ownership, exclusivity, and capacity reservation, as well as owning the group's complete dispute portfolio and personally leading both domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Applicants for the Head of Legal position at the company should have a strong background in commercial law, with a specific focus on international agreements and IP. The role requires a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in such agreements, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective dispute strategies.
