Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its strategic growth, commercial expansion, and overall performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's growth plan, driving revenue and profitability across various channels, and leading digital transformation. A key aspect of the role is to maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, government, and other stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and responsible gaming. The CEO will also be tasked with overseeing budgeting, financial performance, and operational KPIs, as well as leading and developing the executive team. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the C-suite level, and a background in gaming, lottery, fintech, or similarly regulated industries. A deep understanding of the Jamaican market and local business/community networks is essential, with Caribbean experience or significant exposure to the region strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong commercial and P&L experience, and a proven track record in digital platforms and multi-channel operations. The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven leader with the ability to build strategic partnerships and new commercial opportunities, and who can effectively lead the company in a dynamic and competitive market.
