Head of Data & AI

The Company is seeking a Head of Data & AI to spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide strategy that is in line with business priorities. This pivotal role involves leading the design, implementation, and evolution of data platforms, architecture, and integration capabilities, as well as driving the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to deliver tangible business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing robust data and AI governance, security, and quality standards, and will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI disciplines. To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data, analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives. The role requires a curious, forward-thinking, and resourceful individual who can navigate ambiguity and find independent solutions. Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, commodity trading, or supply chain-driven environments is advantageous.
