The Company is seeking a Head of Finance Solutions to lead the management and modernization of its enterprise financial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of financial systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and alignment with business needs. This role involves overseeing application support, project and change delivery, system enhancements, integrations, and vendor performance, all while maintaining governance, security, and architectural standards. The Head of Finance Solutions will work closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to drive strategic finance technology initiatives and will provide leadership to the team, manage incidents, and support the organization's broader ERP and financial systems transformation. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing, implementing, or supporting enterprise financial applications, with a strong background in ERP and financial modules. Technical expertise in SAP and related ERP/finance solutions is essential, with a focus on system integration and performance. The role requires proven leadership and project delivery experience, as well as knowledge of various technical and management frameworks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing technology budgets, and vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvements in a dynamic, large-scale enterprise technology environment.
