Vice President, Asset-Based Credit

The Company is in search of an Investment Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing asset-based credit investments. This role involves leading the due diligence process, managing transaction execution, and conducting portfolio analysis. The Vice President will be expected to have a strong background in structured finance, asset-based finance, private credit investing, debt capital markets, or leveraged finance, with a focus on credit underwriting, financial analysis, and accounting principles. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience. The role requires advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, as well as the ability to prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and identify key investment risks. The ideal candidate will have an established professional network in fintech, specialty finance, or related markets, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are also essential. The Vice President will be expected to build and maintain relationships with emerging companies, management teams, and market participants to develop new investment opportunities.
