Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Remote (anywhere in Pennsylvania)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its acute care hospital facilities. The CEO will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, strategic leadership, and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner. This includes the planning and direction of short and long-range objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals, fostering synergy between people, processes, and strategies, and driving revenue growth through the development of new business strategies. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and will be expected to communicate key information to stakeholders. Candidates for the CEO position must have a Master's degree in nursing, health administration, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in healthcare administration. The role requires a proven ability to lead at all levels of management, a strong commitment to the community, and proficiency in computer operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
