Head of AI Adoption

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Adoption to spearhead the integration of AI technologies in a responsible and commercially focused manner. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, functional leaders, and a network of AI Champions to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled solutions that drive tangible business value. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a key emphasis on adoption, change management, and ensuring the ethical and secure implementation of AI across the organization. Key responsibilities for the Head of AI Adoption include developing and leading the AI strategy, championing AI-enabled change, and establishing governance frameworks. The role is not centered on technical aspects but rather on acting as a catalyst to help the organization understand and embrace AI. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital transformation, a proven track record of delivering change, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
