Head of Casino

The Company is seeking a Head of Casino to take on a pivotal role in defining and driving the commercial and strategic direction of the casino vertical. This senior leadership position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in online gaming, particularly in the areas of online casino operations, product, and commercial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the casino strategy, commercial performance, and P&L, as well as leading the end-to-end casino product offering, from game selection to portfolio performance. A key aspect of the role is to lead commercial negotiations with game providers and platform partners, and to work closely with the casino product squad to ensure a competitive and engaging offering. The Head of Casino will also be tasked with building, leading, and scaling the casino team, and must have a proven track record in people management. Applicants for the Head of Casino position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in online gaming, with a focus on online casino, and at least 1-2 years' in a people management role. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of casino revenue drivers, bonus efficiency, and GGR optimization, as well as a solid grasp of casino content, player behavior, incentives, and portfolio management. An analytical and data-driven approach to performance metrics and player insights is essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader who can build strong relationships and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals. The Head of Casino will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, finance, and operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of the casino offering.
