T he Position: This role is tasked with leading the strategy, planning, and implementation and resulting overall direct to consumer performance for brands. The position requires someone with a depth of knowledge and experience in e-commerce across all key disciplines that drive overall performance, including acquisition, CRM/Retention, and site optimization (UI/UX, Merchandising, and site development) TO APPLY MUST HAVE: 7 plus years of eCommerce experience 3 plus years of overseeing eCommerce department that includes Acquisition (media buying), Retention (email and CRM marketing), and site optimization3 plus years of experience managing the growth of a 15 + million dollar D2C business 3 plus years of leadership experience overseeing a minimum of a 5 person team GOOD TO HAVE Experience in consumer brands Expertise in Loyalty, subscription programs Amazon and Retail eCommerce ExperienceResponsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Provide the leadership, vision, and management for all stakeholders, including (cross-functional departments, management, and the in-house team. Create clarity of roles and short and long terms goals for all team members Oversee day to day management of staff and team deliverables Provide management ongoing reporting systems Identify, evaluate, and plan revenue, budgets, and key KPIs revenue tracking and forecast. Strategy and Analysis with resulting prioritization of initiatives to grow the business across all performance levers: ----Acquisition: Paid Digital advertising, Budget allocation strategy ----Site Optimization: Site navigation, consumer pathways, user experience, product merchandising ----Retention: CRM, Email, loyalty, subscription, LTV ----Site Development Evaluate digital creative trends, and create a process of testing learning and implementing that drive KPIs and brand engagement Oversee the D2C strategy and implementation of the Digital marketing calendar, including brand campaigns, product launches, program launches, and strategic initiatives goals and milestones Partner with the creative team to drive overall brand and campaign goals and provide media and creative ad requests to support brand and campaign vision. Create a continuous loop of media and creative testing and learning and create a resulting plan for ongoing content/messaging optimization Provide on-going tracking and analysis of customer on-site behavior through the market and competitive analysis as well as regular review and measurement of site analytics
