Known Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressively responsible roles leading a manufacturing & sourcing organization required
- Experienced in supervision & management of hourly & salaried employees in a seasonal business preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, science or manufacturing engineering required
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
