The Senior Director, Strategy leads strategy and coordination for the Executive team by aligning priorities and facilitating collaboration across multiple Business Units. This role works closely with the CEO and ends up working on a range of high priority special projects to support operations and ensure alignment at the executive level. This role you will need strong business acumen, experience in crafting communications, supporting C-level executives and managing multiple initiatives. This position can be a great opportunity to grow within the organization. What you'll do with us: Work with the CEO and the Executive Committee, to set the strategic vision, mission and goals, as well as support the day-to-day actions across the team to ensure it is executed. Organize and coordinate Executive leadership team meetings, offsite sessions, internal and external communications as well as the development of processes to align the executive team around key initiatives. Execute the communications strategy across executive team - understand what to communicate, when, and through what medium. Identify communications insights and opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies designed to impact client metrics. Ensure the CEO has line of sight on executive agenda items, timelines and business plans in support of RN’s Strategic Business Priorities. Coordinate materials for the executive team in preparation for Board of Directors meetings, Office Hours and strategic discussions between executive leadership and VC backers. Lead cross-functional projects across Business Units as needed and directed. Who you are: At least 2 years of experience working as a strategic consultant At least 2 years of experience supporting an executive team Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively at an Executive level in addition to broader all-company communications. Demonstrated ability to craft effective communications tailored to various audiences - including board materials, executive summaries, and action plans. Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills, as well as close attention to detail Eagerness to take on any level of work, from small tasks to large-scale project management MBA or other advanced degree preferred
