key member of the global marketing team. The Dir. of Growth Marketing will be responsible for creating scalable demand generation programs. In addition to targeting accounts in our ideal customer profile (ICP) he/she will be executing on our Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. This role will have a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation and accelerating existing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation and digital marketing. He/she will be a metrics driven B2B marketer that has experience marketing SaaS products. Security experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize targeted multi-channel, B2B marketing programs, activities, and tactics to create demand and accelerate buying cycles • Be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns on the full downstream impact in terms of pipeline and revenue generated. • Develop and manage global webinar strategy • Strategize and execute global email campaigns including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content review, and reporting • Establish KPIs and ways to track marketing program performance. Analyze data to refine campaigns. Provide weekly reporting. • Work closely with the sales team to understand our audience, key messaging, and the buyer's journey to deliver high-impact programs Requirements • 5+ years experience in ABM, demand gen, or digital marketing in a B2B marketing organization • Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, campaigns across a variety of channels including email, ads, web, social, sales, and more • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (preference for Marketo and Terminus) • Ability to work collaboratively with various global stakeholders while being able to work independently to complete projects • Strong analytical and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
