About the Role

The Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer will be responsible for creating and moving forward a plan and program that will show a commitment to a diversified and inclusive workplace. You will be tasked with creating and executing policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience required
- Prior experience in leading & developing diversity initiatives, programs etc preferred
- Prior experience in diversity, equity & inclusion best practices preferred
- Experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred
- Juris Doctor Degree (JD) required
