Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Legal Officer to spearhead its legal and regulatory agenda. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing high-impact initiatives, identifying and challenging risks, and leading the legal and regulatory strategy. Applicants for the Chief Legal Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification legal experience, with a common law qualification strongly preferred. Prior experience as a CLO or General Counsel, particularly in a similar high-frequency trading or global market environment, is highly valued.
