Head of ICT Services

The Company is seeking a Head of ICT Services to oversee the management of the ICT area, including the development and implementation of ICT security concepts, data and telecommunication technology, and the administration and operation of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reliable operation of the ICT infrastructure, the creation of technological standards, and the application of operational methodology. Additionally, the role involves managing the internal ICT department, all ICT suppliers, and supporting professional departments in ICT development. The Head of ICT Services will also be tasked with developing and executing the ICT development strategy and ensuring the successful management of ICT projects, both internally and in cooperation with external entities. Applicants for the Head of ICT Services position at the company should possess a range of professional requirements and key skills. These include conceptual and analytical thinking, the ability to lead and motivate a team, experience in vendor management and business negotiation, and a proven track record in implementing new technologies and managing IT changes. The role demands a candidate with experience in long-term ICT strategy planning, adaptation to technological changes, and a strong background in ICT project management. Knowledge of public procurement processes in the ICT field and critical infrastructure entity processes related to cyber security is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a client-oriented approach, be flexible, and demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of B2 level English proficiency is required.
