The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Real Assets Fund Accounting. This pivotal role involves leading the establishment and scaling of a high-performing fund accounting operation that supports real estate, infrastructure, and related real assets investment structures. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Real Assets leadership team, responsible for operational excellence, technical accounting oversight, risk management, and talent development. They will also play a critical role in client leadership, business growth, and strategic execution, serving as a senior partner to clients, executive management, and functional leaders. Applicants must be professionally qualified accountants with a degree in a related discipline and have at least 12 years' experience in fund administration, asset management, financial services, or public accounting. Deep knowledge of real assets accounting, including IFRS, local and European GAAPs, and experience in managing senior client relationships is essential. The role requires a proven track record in leading fund accounting or financial reporting teams, as well as experience in onboarding new clients and fund structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance, internal controls, and operational risk, and the ability to drive improvement using KPIs and risk indicators. Proficiency in fund accounting and financial-reporting platforms is advantageous, and knowledge of the ADGM regulatory environment is a plus.
