The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Operational Risk Advisory & Oversight for its Group Technology & Transformation division. This senior role is pivotal in leading the operational risk management for the technology and transformation portfolio, ensuring that all operational risks associated with technology services, platforms, infrastructure, data analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and information risk are effectively identified, assessed, and governed. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a risk-based portfolio coverage plan, providing independent challenge to senior stakeholders, and acting as a subject matter expert in technology, information, and data-related operational risk considerations. The role also involves engaging with senior management, risk committees, and regulators, and supporting the preparation of risk insight papers and committee materials. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 12-15 years' of experience in financial services, technology risk, operational risk, or complex regulated organizations. A strong background in technology risk, information risk, operational resilience, and data management is essential. The role requires the ability to challenge senior stakeholders, clear communication skills, and a collaborative leadership approach. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or FRM are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engaging with senior technology stakeholders and a deep understanding of second-line risk responsibilities, operational resilience expectations, and regulatory requirements.
