Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Accra, Ghana Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of its activities in Africa. The CFO will be responsible for the financial health, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of the area, with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes to support the company's growth objectives. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, managing financial strategies, and serving as a business partner to the CEO, providing strategic financial insights to drive sustainable growth and operational performance. The CFO will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and ensure the reliability of the company's accounts, as well as compliance with local and international accounting standards. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company should have a higher education degree in finance or management, with a specialization in finance/management, and a confirmed profile in finance and management control with solid team management experience. A background in the telecom sector and/or consumer goods, with 8 to 15 years' of essential experience, is required. The CFO must be fluent in English, geographically mobile, and have a strong interest in Africa. Expected behaviors include excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and strong business acumen.
