Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a Chief Executive Officer to serve as its chief strategist, spokesperson, and advocate. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will work with member organizations, policymakers, regulators, legislators, and other stakeholders to shape policy discussions and advance solutions that improve access, affordability, and quality of care. The role includes strengthening the organization’s influence and visibility, responding proactively to emerging challenges, and balancing the interests of a diverse membership. The CEO will foster collaboration and consensus while advancing a forward-looking advocacy agenda. Candidates should bring a demonstrated record of leadership, policy influence, and relationship building in complex organizations or public affairs environments. Strong political acumen, exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate competing priorities are essential. Experience in healthcare, government, public policy, association management, or a similarly complex sector is highly desirable. A deep understanding of the relevant political, regulatory, and healthcare landscape is also preferred.
