ASN Chairperson

The Company is seeking an ASN Chairperson to provide departmental oversight and clinical coordination for its Associate of Science in Nursing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the program's curriculum and outcomes align with the guidelines of the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and the PA State Board of Nursing. This includes modeling effective instruction, integrating technology, developing quality course syllabi, and establishing policies and procedures within the program. The role also involves holding a teaching position within the ASN program, leading departmental initiatives, and supervising all full-time and part-time faculty. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Nursing, with a Doctorate preferred, and a valid, unencumbered license as a registered nurse or advanced practice nurse in Pennsylvania.
