Associate Vice President, Product Governance Greater Amsterdam, Netherlands Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Product Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and enhancement of the product governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards. This role involves acting as a key liaison across various functions, coordinating product governance processes, and managing governance documentation. The AVP will also be involved in product approvals, committee activities, and continuous framework enhancement. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in banking, financial services, product management, product governance, risk, compliance, or operations, with a strong understanding of banking products, services, and the F2B operating model. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work with senior stakeholders, and produce senior management-ready MI. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications is essential, and experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 automation tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in European banking regulatory expectations and professional qualifications in relevant areas.
