The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the turnaround and growth of a recently carved-out, PE-backed infrastructure business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business through a challenging phase, with a focus on managing complex financing and capital allocation structures, as well as spearheading a cost-out program.
