Interim Head of HR Operations Greater Amsterdam, Netherlands Area

The Company is seeking an interim Head of HR Operations to maintain reliable, professional, and compliant HR services across an international workforce. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, HR systems and data, payroll, contracts, and local compliance, while providing practical business-partner support to managers. Responsibilities also include coaching managers through performance and organizational changes, supporting consistent people management, and overseeing internal communications. The role will advise on organizational design and resource planning, partner with senior leadership on people strategy, and help maintain compensation and benefits frameworks. Candidates should bring senior HR experience, ideally including interim assignments and guiding teams through organizational change. They should be hands-on and analytical, able to manage operational details while understanding their broader business impact. Experience with multi-country HR operations is required, particularly payroll and employment law in the Netherlands; familiarity with Canada and the UK is an advantage. Experience with HR information systems and strong data skills are important, as are clear communication and the ability to build trust with both leaders and operational teams.
