The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cloud Software Development to lead its cloud engineering organization and set technical direction across cloud, data, and IoT platforms. Responsibilities include driving cloud transformation, defining data and IoT strategies, and ensuring secure, reliable integration between cloud services and connected devices. The role will lead a global engineering organization, establish architecture and delivery standards, and partner with product and technology leaders to turn customer needs into platform capabilities. It also involves mentoring engineering leaders, managing budgets and partners, and representing cloud engineering with executives and customers. Candidates should have 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years leading engineering teams and managers, and a record of leading global, distributed teams. Required expertise includes cloud architecture and transformation, data platforms, IoT systems, cloud-to-edge integration, security, and scaled agile development; familiarity with formal development processes and relevant standards is also expected. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with a master’s preferred.
