Senior Transactions Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Transactions Counsel to join its legal department. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, providing strategic legal advice and transaction support across the organization. This role requires a minimum of 9 years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for those who have a background in complex commercial transactions and/or healthcare law. The Senior Transactions Counsel will be responsible for counseling on a wide range of strategic and operational transactions, including joint ventures, real estate, financing, and professional services. Applicants for the Senior Transactions Counsel position at the company should have a strong background in legal matters related to healthcare and be adept at negotiating and advising on various business transactions. The role demands a professional with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. An active membership in the Alaska Bar in good standing, or an active bar license in another jurisdiction with the ability to secure Alaska Bar membership through reciprocity, is required.
