The Company is seeking a Principal Managing Partner for its State & Local and Higher Ed (SLED) practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of a group of strategic customers, with a focus on executive relationship management, successful deployment of the company's solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the SLED market, with a preference for experience in State & Local Government, and a proven track record in deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP solutions. The Principal Managing Partner will work closely with internal sales, consulting, and product teams to position additional value for customers and will be measured on customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, and growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in deploying Cloud SaaS ERP solutions, 8 years of developing C-level relationships, and at least 2 years of direct experience with cloud-native HR or finance software. The role demands excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead a matrixed team, and a dedication to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the government or higher education market, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. A proven ability to develop and implement effective account strategies, as well as strong customer insights and engagement skills, are essential. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 50% and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment based on trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
