Senior Vice President, Facilities & Operations Management Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Facilities and Operations Management to oversee facilities services, property assets, fleet management, safety, and distribution functions. Responsibilities include setting performance measures, ensuring operations comply with applicable policies and regulations, and overseeing procurement, inspections, maintenance, and capital improvements. The role also directs fleet acquisition, use, maintenance, and replacement, while managing centralized services, budgets, contracts, and distribution team performance. The executive will coordinate with records managers and internal stakeholders to establish and manage service-level agreements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of facilities management experience, including supervisory and budget management responsibilities. A master’s degree in facilities management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field is also specified. Experience overseeing fleet, safety, and distribution functions is required, while project management experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required.
