The Company is seeking a Vice President, Employee Success Business Partner for Finance. This role is pivotal in the organization's people and AI transformation, with a focus on crafting and executing a strategic people agenda that drives innovation and shapes the future workforce. The successful candidate will lead a global team, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, and will be responsible for aligning people strategy and talent initiatives with business objectives. Key responsibilities include proactive workforce planning, talent strategy, and business transformation, all aimed at enabling high-impact teams to thrive in a rapidly changing tech landscape. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive employee success (HR) leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading global people initiatives and building organizations during periods of growth and transformation. The role requires a visionary with a deep understanding of the intersection of talent strategy, technology, and business performance. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven thinker, with expertise in change leadership, and a strong background in talent planning and leadership development. Mastery in relationship and influence, as well as decisive executive leadership, is essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and hands-on experience with HRIS and HR technology systems is a plus.
