The Company is seeking a Vice President, Front Office Asset Management Program Manager to lead and drive complex, cross-functional transformation and strategic initiatives. This senior leadership role is pivotal in partnering with front office investment teams, technology, and data organizations to deliver technology, data, and operational capabilities that support investment, investor, and business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading these initiatives from problem framing to implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes. They must be a strong, hands-on operator, capable of moving between strategy and execution, and adept at mobilizing multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of the programs. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience, with a focus on leading complex technology, data, or business transformation initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering value across organizational boundaries. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in private markets, private credit, or alternative asset management, and a background in the buy-side financial technology industry. They should be adept at problem-solving, and decision-making, and have the ability to lead organizational change with a high degree of autonomy.
