The Company is seeking a Vice President for its HR Support Center and Operations. This executive will be responsible for the enterprise strategy, operating model, and global service delivery of the HR support contact center and workforce administration operations. The role demands a leader with a strong background in operations, particularly in high-volume, multi-channel service delivery, and a proven track record of leading geographically distributed teams. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and delivering the future of HR operations, including the establishment of automation, data, process, and technology foundations to enhance efficiency and global practices. They must also have a deep understanding of operational risk, controls, and compliance, and the ability to use data-driven insights to shape priorities and improve performance. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading the transformation agenda, establishing governance and controls, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires a leader with executive-level communication, influence, and change-leadership skills, who can build strong partnerships across various HR and enterprise functions. A minimum of 15 years' of experience in a related discipline, with at least 8 years' in senior leadership, is expected. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, and a background in contact-center platforms, case management, knowledge management, and digital self-service. Critical skills include people leadership, enterprise operational leadership, technology and automation vision, customer-centered service mindset, and transformation leadership.
