Vice President of Operations Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Operations to lead its distribution and operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer commitments are met with a focus on safety, efficiency, reliability, and consistency. This role involves providing executive leadership to Distribution Center Managers, overseeing the performance and continuous improvement of the distribution network, facilities, fleet, and related operational capabilities. The VP, Operations will be expected to translate company strategy into operational priorities, establish accountability for performance, and drive improvements in service, cost, capacity, and operational reliability. Collaboration with the leadership team is essential to support the company's growth and customer commitments. Candidates for the VP, Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
