Applicants for this role should be respected academic leaders, ideally at the Professor level, with a strong track record in teaching, research, and engagement. The role requires significant people leadership experience, the ability to grow research quality and impact, and a proven track record in building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and engaging approach, be adept at navigating change, and have experience with AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes.
